Store Policy

General Information:

                  We will make every effort to ship your order promptly (best available carrier) – usually within a few working days after receipt of your order. 

If the merchandise you select is temporarily out of stock due to unusually high demand, we will ship your merchandise as soon as it is received.  When there is More than one item on backorder, we will ship each item as soon as it arrives to get it to you as quickly as possible.  After release of order, customer will be charged for any reroute of shipment or address change.  Please check your order upon receipt and allow us to correct any errors.  No refunds or exchanges after 30 days.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  In the event you request parcel post delivery, we cannot trace shipment for 30 days.

                 We now offer FREE local delivery (between 12 Road and 30 Road) with a minimum purchase of $35.00. If your delivery adress is outside of these boundries $.75 per mile will be added to your order. If delivery is attempted at the set address once and there is no one to pay for the order or no one home at that time another time can be set but there will be a minimum charge of $15.00 added to the order. Email your order to: somethingwican@gmail.com, include the items you want to order, contact information, and address you want this order delivered to. Once we receive your order you will be contacted with the total amount and a delivery date and time can be arranged. These orders MUST be paid for upon delivery by either cash, check, or moneyorder made payable to: Something Wiccan for the full amount of the order plus any delivery charges that are applicable.

 WE DO SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.

                  CHECK OR MONEY ORDER – You may cancel a backordered item at any time, and your refund should arrive within 30 days.  On returned items, refund is issued within 30 days after merchandise is received by us.

                  CREDIT CARD – You may cancel a backordered item at any time.  Whenever you return an item for a refund, please allow 30 days for the credit to show on your account.

                  RETURNS AND EXHANGES – to return an item, you MUST contact Something Wiccan before the return can be made, contact at: somethingwican@gmail.com. If an item is received broken or missing pieces you MUST contact Something Wiccan within 10 days of receipt of order. Any returned item accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price of the item/items in the original payment method.  We can not accept returns on Herbs, Oils, or Custom made items. To return your item/items to us enclose  a copy of your original packing slip.  Customers are responsible for return postage.  We are not responsible for mailing center fees.  If order is not received, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us.  No tracer will be placed after 60 days.

        CASH-do not send cash in the mail. This is an option for when your order is being delivered or you are picking it up.
